Rob + Jessica | Risingsun, OH

My 2020 wedding season has been...interesting, to say the least. Who would have thought we would be planning weddings around a pandemic?!

I met with Jess & Rob over coffee last year, they told me about their amazing venue and plans for their big day. I was so excited to be a part of this wedding! Then...Covid-19 hit, and plans were uncertain. Jess told me that they still wanted to get married on their original date, if it was safe to do so, but that they were thinking about pushing the big party to 2021. I knew I HAD to be part of both days.

When they told me they were able to do a small ceremony at their original venue, on their originally planned date, it was fate! We went though the details, and were able to chat via zoom, a few days before their wedding. I'm not sure how I would have handled all this craziness amongst wedding planning, but I can tell you this, the amount of peace and grace that Rob and Jess exuded was infectious.

Things looked a bit different than I'm sure they imagined, masks and all. But, it was the most beautiful day with the most beautiful sunshine, and they GOT MARRIED!
